Yamazaki Single Cask CM 70012 1998

This is a superb 15-year-old Japanese single cask whisky from Suntory?s distillery Yamazaki, which was matured in sherry butt. On the nose, expect notes of polished oak and beeswax, plus black fruits and pollen. The palate carries sweet and dry flavours, including Morello cherries, demerara sugar, liquorice, wildflowers and honey.
