Yellowstone Limited Edition 2015

A limited edition release of Yellowstone from the Limestone Branch Distilling Co. in Lebanon, Kentucky. Only 6,000 bottles were produced of this whiskey, a blend of 7YO Rye, 7YO Wheated Bourbon and 12YO Rye. A wonderfully complex dram with notes of butterscotch, toasted nuts and vanilla but also a spiciness from the Rye. The finish adds a few smoky notes from the oak barrels.
