White Peak – Wire Works (First Release)

Hailing from the Wire Works site in Derby, this inaugural release marks the debut of the White Peak distillery. Crafted from a complex blend of peated and unpeated malt, the spirit undergoes a slow four-day fermentation using fresh, live yeast from a local Derbyshire brewery. The resulting whisky is matured in a harmonious combination of ex-bourbon and STR casks, delivering a unique and deeply characterful profile that perfectly captures the distillery’s artisanal spirit.
