Arran 1997 Gerilla Whisky

Isle of Arran Distillers only opened their first distillery in 1995 and only bottled their first single malt in 1998, As of 2019 the distillery has been renamed Lochranza though their single malts are still branded with the old name Arran. This private cask #245 was distilled in Arran on the 7th of February 1997 and later bottled in August 2017 by Gerilla Whisky. This golden coloured spirit whiffs of Green apples, freshly cut grass, flowers, and other summer aromas, the palate is fruity with summer berries to sour fruits and some undertone of green tea that takes a long finish with berries, oak, and slight fiery ginger. Only 245 bottles and decreasing.
