Daftmill Farmhouse Single Malt Whisky is distilled at this unique Lowland distillery using traditional methods in a silent season due to its active farm status. Bottled in 2020 after an 11-year maturation period, this whisky is drawn from a single 1st Fill Oloroso cask (029) and presents with an ABV of 61.1%. Characterized by notes of rich dried fruits, hints of vanilla, and subtle oak influence, this dram showcases the skillful craftsmanship of its independent distiller, Francis Cuthbert.
