To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the distillery, the famous Highland company has released Simpsons Malt 30 Year Old. The nose is very inviting, mainly honey and vanilla with hints of cinnamon and black pepper. The taste is rich and custardy with hints of ginger and citrus peel topped with a long sweet and spicy finish.
