Another snazzy cask finished edition from The Epicurean’s Wood Finish series! France and Scotland meet in this release, with the blended malt initially matured in oak casks before it was treated to a finish in a Rivesaltes wine cask from the Languedoc-Roussillon Wine region of France. Just 546 bottles were released at 48% ABV, full of fruit and citrus alongside rich nuts and chocolate.
