This spirit draws its character from locally sourced malt from Broomhill Farm and a careful maturation process utilizing both sherry and bourbon casks. The result is a complex whisky offering a balance of fruit notes and subtle peat influence, reflecting the rugged beauty of its coastal origin. Each bottle provides full traceability, detailing the journey from barley field to glass, and is bottled at 46.8% ABV to fully express its flavour.
