This inaugural batch, bottled in May 2020, showcases the distillery’s commitment to natural fermentation, utilizing uniquely designed washbacks that encourage bacterial and yeast development for enhanced flavour. Matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon oak casks, the resulting whisky presents a robust character at 51.8% ABV.
