Bimber The 1st Peated

Bimber’s First Peated is a testament to the distiller’s Polish heritage, drawing inspiration from traditional moonshine production—reflected even in the distillery’s name, ‘Bimber’. Crafted in London using a natural fermentation process with uniquely maintained wooden washbacks, this whisky represents one of the earliest fully peated distillations from May 2019. Matured in four heavily peated American oak ex-bourbon casks, it delivers a robust character with a smoky depth. Bottled in 2022 at 54.1% ABV, expect a powerful and flavourful experience showcasing the distillery’s commitment to natural spirit production.
