Inspired by the legendary realm of Norse mythology, Bivrost Midgard is an evocative single malt matured under the unique Arctic conditions of Northern Norway. This distinct expression rests in a combination of carefully selected Bourbon and Sherry casks, aging within both an ancient underground NATO bunker and a contemporary Viking longhouse. Subject to vast temperature fluctuations in a frigid climate, the whisky develops a complex character defined by the influence of its singular environment.
