From the oldest distillery on Islay, Bowmore 15 Year Old Darkest draws character from its unique coastal origins along the shores of Lochindaal. This beautifully balanced single malt is matured in both Bourbon and Sherry casks, with a final three years exclusively in Oloroso Sherry wood, imparting a rich, dark hue and depth of flavour. Expect a complex taste profile offering notes of dark fruits, subtle smoke, and a warming spice, reflective of Islay’s distinctive terroir. Bowmore continues a time-honoured tradition, still utilizing floor maltings to contribute to the distinctive character of each batch, bottled at 43% ABV.
