To honor its exceptional Highland provenance, the vintage year, distillery name, and original cask identifier (CLYNELISH 1997 / Cask 4835) are deeply and permanently engraved into the face of the solid oak. Each stave is meticulously hand-sanded to preserve its authentic, weathered warehouse patina, highlighting the deep, warm honey tones of the timber and the subtle charring left on the cask’s interior.
