Daftmill – 2009 (Single Oloroso Cask #26) UK Exclusive

Daftmill 2009 is a single malt Scotch whisky born from field to glass on the historic Daftmill farm in the Lowlands. Distilled in July 2009, this exclusive release matured patiently in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask – #26 – imparting rich, dried fruit notes and warm spice. Bottled at cask strength in 2022, it showcases the character of barley grown on the farm’s South Field and harvested in 2006. Expect a complex and flavourful experience, a true taste of Scottish terroir and traditional whisky making.
