Dalmore – 12 Year Old

Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt, born from the northern reaches of Scotland and nurtured in the heart of the Dalmore distillery. This expression begins its life maturing for nine years in American white oak, previously used for bourbon, imparting vanilla and honeyed sweetness. A portion is then finished in 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, adding layers of rich dried fruit and spice. The resulting whisky offers a complex palate of citrus, chocolate, and a lingering warmth – a testament to Dalmore’s dedication to masterful maturation.
