Dalmore 15 Year Old, the inaugural expression of The Luminary Series, originates from the Highland heart of Scotland and represents a unique collaboration with the V&A Dundee. Matured initially in American white oak, this single malt gains remarkable depth through finishing in hand-selected Italian Amarone red wine casks and innovative ‘Kintsugi’ casks – crafted from Scottish Tay, Japanese Mizunara, and American white oak. The result is a complex whisky offering rich fruitcake notes alongside hints of citrus and spice, culminating in a long, warming finish. This exceptional spirit embodies a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design.
