Deanston Distillery, nestled within a historic 18th-century cotton mill on the banks of the River Teith in the central Highlands, produces a whisky celebrated for its unique character. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2019, this expression benefits from Deanston’s traditional methods – open-topped mash tuns and slow distillation – resulting in a subtly waxy new make spirit.
