Born from a rich history dating back to 1810 on the banks of the Eden estuary in Fife, Eden Mill Single Malt embodies a unique Scottish distilling tradition. This 2019 release utilizes a distinctive mash bill incorporating brewing malts – pale, chocolate, and crystal – lending a complexity rarely found in single malts. Matured in a carefully selected combination of Bourbon, Oloroso, and PX Sherry casks, the whisky presents a full-bodied character with notes of rich fruit and subtle spice. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, it offers a smooth and flavourful experience reflective of its coastal origins and innovative spirit.
