This 19-year-old Fiji rum, distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2024 by independent bottler Bedford Park, offers a glimpse into the rich potential of Fijian spirit. Matured for nearly two decades, it gains character from its origin and time spent in ex-rum casks, resulting in a full-bodied and complex profile. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 57.6%, this expression delivers intense flavours without any added colour or filtration.
