Glenalmond 175 Blended Malt

Glenalmond 175 is a unique blended malt created to commemorate the 175th anniversary of Glenalmond College, born from a collaboration between Kilchoman and Ardnamurchan distilleries. This special release combines a 2014 peated spirit from Kilchoman with an unpeated 2015 expression from Ardnamurchan, reflecting the heritage of both West Highland and Islay whisky-making. Bottled at 52% ABV, the result is a complex character – expect a balance of smoky notes alongside the clean, fruity spirit of Ardnamurchan, a testament to the vision of its creators, all former pupils of the historic college. The whisky subtly echoes the legacy of Sir William Gladstone, whose influence shaped both the school and the future of Scotch maturation.
