Glenmorangie Bacalta

Glenmorangie Bacalta emerges from the famed Highland distillery, renowned for its exceptionally tall stills which contribute to a uniquely smooth and delicate spirit. This eighth release in the Private Edition series showcases the distillery’s pioneering spirit in cask finishing, matured initially in bourbon casks before a luxurious finish in casks seasoned with Malmsey Madeira wine. The result is a rich and fruity whisky, brimming with flavours of caramelised apricots, sweet dates, toasted almonds, and a delicate honeycomb sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV, Bacalta offers a complex and rewarding taste of Scottish craftsmanship.
