This exceptional single malt draws character from both richly seasoned Sherry casks and the unique Orcadian peat, harvested from the heather-covered Hobbister Moor. The result is a whisky imbued with a distinctive heathery sweetness, balanced by a subtle smokiness and a complex depth of flavour.
