Holyrood Arrival is a pioneering single malt whisky born from Edinburgh’s brewing traditions, distilled in 2019 and bottled after three years of maturation. This inaugural release showcases a complex spirit, nurtured in a carefully selected range of casks – including Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Bourbon, and Rum – imparting layers of rich flavour. The whisky presents a unique character, echoing the city’s industrial past through its distinctive bottle, inspired by local glassworks and reminiscent of a classic beer bottle.
