Holyrood Arrival is a pioneering single malt born from Edinburgh’s brewing legacy, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2023 after just three years of maturation. This inaugural release showcases a complex spirit shaped by a diverse range of cask influences – Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry, American Bourbon, and Caribbean Rum. The whisky presents a unique character, reflected in its distinctive bottle inspired by historic local glassworks and a bold, modern label.
