Jameson – 21 Year Old (Limited Release 2021)

Jameson 21 Year Old is a distinguished Irish whiskey, patiently matured at the Midleton Distillery for a minimum of 18 years in ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. This expression gains further complexity through a final three-year rest in ex-bourbon barrels, then is skillfully married with pot still whiskeys fully matured in first-fill oloroso sherry wood. The result is a rich and layered whiskey, offering a depth of flavour characterized by dried fruit, spice, and subtle oak notes. Bottled at cask strength, it presents a robust and intensely satisfying taste of Irish distilling tradition.
