Kilchoman 100% Islay Feis Ile 2017

Kilchoman, Islay’s newest distillery – yet rooted in the island’s oldest distilling traditions – presents a whisky born from a commitment to quality and place. Established in 2005, Kilchoman uniquely manages every step of production on-site, from barley to bottle, echoing a history that may trace Islay as the very birthplace of Scottish distillation in the 1300s. This 2017 Feis Ile bottling, distilled between 2008 and 2009 and matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, delivers a robust character at 58% ABV.
