This 2015 single cask – #1520197 – was matured in a unique STR barrique, imparting rich and complex flavors. Bottled in 2019 at a robust 59.8% ABV, it offers a full-bodied experience with notes developed from the wood’s influence. A limited release of just 214 bottles, this whisky represents a distinctive taste of Fife’s burgeoning whisky landscape.
