Nc’nean Ainnir, the inaugural release from this innovative distillery, originates from the remote and beautiful Morvern peninsula overlooking the Sound of Mull. Crafted with organic Scottish barley and matured in a unique combination of STR, Bourbon, and Red Wine casks, this whisky embodies a commitment to both flavour and sustainability. Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2020, Ainnir delivers a notably fruity character at a robust 60.3% ABV. This pioneering spirit is produced at Scotland’s first fully organic modern distillery, powered entirely by renewable energy and reflecting its idyllic farm setting.
