Established in 1934 with the Yoichi distillery on the island of Hokkaido, Nikka initially balanced whisky production with local fruit farming. This blend showcases a harmonious balance, subtly influenced by malt whisky sourced from Nikka’s own Ben Nevis distillery in Scotland.
