Penderyn Legend is Wales’ inaugural single malt whisky, meticulously crafted in the historic village of Penderyn, nestled in the Brecon Beacons. Distilled at a remarkably small scale – just one cask daily – this spirit benefits from the purity of local spring water and Welsh barley. The result is a smooth, approachable whisky with notes of citrus, vanilla, and a subtle sweetness. Launched on St David’s Day in 2004, Penderyn Legend embodies a modern revival of Welsh distilling tradition.
