Raasay While We Wait 20cl

Born from the nascent Isle of Raasay Distillery – which began its spiritous journey in 2017 – Raasay ‘While We Wait’ offers a compelling preview of the island’s future whisky style. This 46% ABV single malt skillfully blends peated and unpeated expressions, revealing the distillery’s emerging character. Maturation is completed in Tuscan wine casks previously holding Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, imparting rich fruit notes and subtle complexity. The result is a whisky of uncommon origin, hinting at the bold flavours to come from this Hebridean distillery, bottled in 2018.
