Founded in 2017 by Taiko Nakamura, Shizuoka Distillery draws inspiration from Scottish traditions, even incorporating equipment sourced from the famed, closed Karuizawa Distillery. Matured exclusively in a bourbon cask, this 50.5% ABV whisky offers a rich and complex profile, hinting at vanilla sweetness alongside subtle spice.
