Crafted entirely on-site – a rarity in modern whisky production – this expression showcases the distillery’s signature robust character, benefitting from locally sourced barley and a gentle peat influence. The spirit undergoes two and a half distillations, resulting in a complex and layered flavour profile that is both satisfying and intriguing. Bottled in October 2019 at 56.2% ABV, this whisky offers a glimpse into a proud distilling heritage, limited to just 9000 bottles.
