Distilled in 2004 at the historic Tamdhu Distillery – founded in 1886 by a collective of master blenders – this single cask whisky represents a shift towards celebrating Tamdhu as a remarkable single malt in its own right. Originally built to provide spirit for renowned blends like Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse, Tamdhu now showcases its inherent character with this 2023 bottling. Matured for nearly two decades in cask #5645, it presents a robust 56.3% ABV and delivers a rich, complex flavour profile reflective of its Speyside origins. Bottled as part of The Tamdhu Dedication Society release, this is a limited edition of only 275 bottles – bottle number 74.
