Distilled in 2010 at the Teaninich distillery, this 11-year-old expression represents a unique collaboration with the Thompson Brothers of Dornoch Castle Hotel, pioneers in Highland spirits. Matured initially in a refill hogshead before a finishing period of seven months in a first-fill Oloroso quarter cask, the whisky gains complexity and depth. Bottled in 2022 at a robust 54.9% ABV, it offers a rich and flavourful experience, showcasing the character of Teaninich with added spice and dried fruit notes. This is a limited release, with only 143 bottles drawn from the cask, offering a rare taste of Highland craftsmanship.
