Also referred to as ‘Glasgow’s Malt Whisky’ due to its proximity to the city of Glasgow, Auchentoshan Whisky is known for its smooth and delicate tastes making it a good whisky for beginners but can also be complex for the experienced drinker. This 10 year old has the aromas of melon and orange and mango but also sourdough and geraniums, the palate stays with the fruit basket but also brings some porridge with a medium finish that still has fruit but with a sharp dry element.
