The Single barrel First Edition range is as pure and raw as whisky gets, Always released at natural cask strength which in this case is 53.5%, and always without colouring and chill filtration, The cask needs to be carefully selected to deliver the unique character and collectability traits. The scent of menthol and citrus with vanilla on an oak backdrop are already an intriguing combination, the palate brings ginger, pepper, and autumn nuts to the table while still retaining the vanilla and citrus. And the finish is fairly short lived with ginger and pepper. A treat for any collection with only 171 bottles produced.
