Bimber 2017 Single Cask Series “New Vibrations” is a London single malt drawn from ex-bourbon cask #196 and bottled in 2023 exclusively for La Maison du Whisky (France). A natural presentation—uncoloured and non-chill-filtered—at cask strength 58.7% ABV, this limited run of 257 bottles (700 ml) showcases classic ex-bourbon character with bright vanilla, honeyed malt, subtle citrus and toasted coconut, finishing vibrant and oaky; add a splash of water to open it up.
