Chichibu Ichiro's Malt and Grain Classical Edition is a blended whisky produced by Chichibu Distillery, located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The distillery was founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto, who is known for his innovative approach to whisky making and blending. The Classical Edition is a blend of malt and grain whiskies aged between 3 and 11 years, with each component carefully selected to achieve a balance of flavours and aromas. Once opened the aroma of vanilla, honey and smoke will greet your nose, the palate is creamy, nutty and dark chocolate, with a long finish of tree nuts, oak, and smoke.
