This 12-year-old Connemara is an interesting take on peated single malt that is crafted without bitterness and provides a palate of sweet and smoky flavours that blend into a light vanilla and fruity finish with hints of wood smoke. Best enjoyed with some ice as it intensifies cucumber notes and adds more depth to vanilla sweetness.
