Born in Dufftown, Speyside in 1887, Glenfiddich has long been a pioneer in single malt whisky, establishing a legacy of quality and innovation within the industry. This expression, the first in their Experimental Series, showcases a unique maturation process – American Oak casks are first seasoned with locally brewed Speyside IPA for four weeks, then filled with Glenfiddich whisky for a further twelve. The result is a vibrant spirit offering notes of citrus and subtle hop flavours alongside the distillery’s classic Speyside fruitiness. Bottled at 43% ABV, this whisky presents a refreshing and contemporary take on a timeless tradition.
