This single cask Glentauchers is a part of the Distillery Reserve Collection exclusive for Chivas Brothers Distilleries.
Glentauchers is often used in the production of blended Scotch whiskies, namely, Ballantine’s. Before several bottlings were officially licensed, this whisky could rarely be seen in single malt form.
It was distilled on December 19, 2009 and bottled from a first-fill sherry cask on September 18, 2018. This piece is one of only 888 bottles.
