Highland Park Scottish Ballet

Distilled at Highland Park, the most northerly distillery in Scotland, this whisky carries a legacy stretching back to 1798 and the pioneering spirit of David Robertson – and perhaps even the illicit practices of Magnus Eunson before him. Crafted on the Orkney Islands, Highland Park uniquely balances Sherry cask maturation with a subtle heathery sweetness derived from locally sourced Orcadian peat. The result is a remarkably well-rounded single malt, celebrated for its complexity and harmonious flavour profile.
