Dingle – Single Malt (70cl, 46.3%)

This is an Irish single malt from Dingle, triple distilled and bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's first bottling without a batch number, with an outturn of 50,000 bottles. The whiskey was matured in bourbon casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, and it is non-chill filtered. The nose opens fresh with citrus, followed by sweeter liquorice, fruit syrup and vanilla. On the palate, mint and lime come through again alongside almond, sweet apple, raisins and spice. The finish is medium in length and dry, with touches of chocolate.
