Dingle Single Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and with no added colour. Dingle released it in limited small batches between 2018 and 2022, and made it a permanent part of the range in 2025.
The mash is 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, triple distilled in the distillery's three copper pot stills.
It matures in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximénez sherry and red wine casks.
