This is an Irish whiskey from Dingle, distilled in 2015 and finished in Cognac casks. It is bottled at a cask strength of 59.5% in a 70cl bottle.
Dingle was founded in the winter of 2012 on the Dingle peninsula, and it is one of the few independent distilleries in Ireland. Its whiskey is made by hand at each step of production, in the distillery's own time and to its own ideas, with the Wild Atlantic Way on the doorstep.
