Dingle – Fifth Single Pot Still Release (70cl, 59.5%)

Dingle Fifth is the fifth and final release in the distillery's small batch single pot still series. It was bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 59.5%, with an outturn of 1,000 bottles in 70cl. The whisky matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Tasting notes mention dried raspberries and butter mints, followed by white chocolate with a little flaked almond. The sweetness gives way to soft wood and leather spice, leading into a long finish.
