Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Dingle Single Malt is the core whiskey from Dingle Distillery on the southwest coast of Ireland. Released in 2020, it was the distillery's first permanent, year-round bottling after several years of limited batches. It is triple distilled from 100% unpeated Irish malted barley in three copper pot stills. The whiskey matures in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry and ex-bourbon casks, in a ratio that shifts a little from batch to batch, and is mostly 5 to 7 years old. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour. It is typically described as creamy and mellow, with vanilla, dark chocolate, sherried dried fruit and spice from anise, clove and nutmeg, along with toffee, apple pie, toasted almonds and lime zest.
