Dingle La Le Bride is an Irish single malt from the Dingle distillery, part of its Wheel of the Year series. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in rye casks. The bourbon casks are said to add a gentle sweetness and vanilla, while the rye casks bring a light spiciness. It is bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
