Highland Park Valfather originates from the northernmost distillery in Scotland, steeped in Orcadian history dating back to 1798 and the legacy of illicit stills. This expression, the final in a Viking Legend series honoring Odin, showcases the distillery’s signature balance of Sherry cask influence and heathery sweetness derived from local peat. Valfather is notably the peatiest release from Highland Park to date, offering a robust and complex character.
